The book that began it all for my daughter, Jennifer Joy, is FREE for the next four days only.
Blurb:
When Fitzwilliam Darcy’s arranged life falls to pieces, his father, Mr. George Darcy, gives him an ultimatum: Marry by the end of the London Season or risk disinheritance. Can Darcy cast aside society’s frigid attitude toward marriage and find true love? Or will his desire to honor his deceased mother’s memory hold him back?
Elizabeth Bennet faces the greatest challenge of her life: Find a husband by the end… of the London Season or be forced to marry the heir apparent of her family home, Mr. Collins. A romantic at heart, will Elizabeth find a gentleman to meet her high expectations?
After a disastrous meeting, Darcy and Elizabeth determine not to like each other.
But, the London Season has only begun…

What a great giveaway! And it always brings a smile to my face to see a mother/daughter team cheering each other on. 🙂
I will admit that it’s pretty cool, Anna. We tend to bounce ideas off each other and extend a helping hand when one of us gets stuck. It’s awesome.
Great generosity – I have it already.
Such a lovely coincidence, Sheila. I have it too. (Snicker)
Oh this is great! I just realized it is the only one I don’t have of Jennifer’s!!!! Thank you both so much! Hope you are well…
Oops! I just checked and I do have this one! The only one I don’t have is ‘Earning Darcy’s Trust’ and I plan to add that to my book order next month…which is less than a week away! Thank you again!
I do this ALL THE TIME. It’s a good thing Amazon lets me know when I’ve already purchased a book. Thanks for supporting my baby girl, Carole. It’s a gift to me as well.
Thank your daughter for the offer but I already bought the book last May and have read it several times. That is why I love Kindle Unlimited – I can read a book and if I like it, I buy it.
On another note, you sure were busy yesterday. I have not been able to figure out how to post a comment on Beyond Austen and Norton Security does not like FanFiction, so I wanted to let you I am enjoying Friend and Enemies. Looking forward to seeing how you get Darcy out of the mess he is in!
Thank you, Tammy. I’m writing like a crazed woman. I’m hoping, hoping, hoping to get another chapter finished today. However, I am desperate to get to the grocery store as Old Mother Hubbard’s cupboards are almost EMPTY. Eating is one of my favorite things, almost as important as reading. You would think I wouldn’t put it off this long. So, I’ll shop, cook, and then write. At least that’s my plan for now.
That reminded me I needed to eat. I found the fragments of a Ben & Jerry’s Cherry Garcia container. Works!
Better get to the grocery store. Don’t know about Oregon, but just received a message on my phone that it is going to start snowing here in Washington.
Can you believe it? Snow on the Oregon coast? I should be gone in the next few minutes. You are right. Time to stock up (on more Ben & Jerry’s, although why I want ice cream in the cold weather is a puzzle to me. Hmmm! I think I’m a goofball.)
Thanks Joy for the link. Problem is I can not get access on my Kindle. Do not know why but I can not don load Jennifers free book. Thanks for the whole Friends and enemy book. It was nice to read it all again. Poor Darcy is getting a beating. Who would think that Darcy and Mr Bennett as peas in a pod!! Thanks. Millie

If you are trying to download it through the Amazon app on your tablet you probably will not be able to download it. You will need to go to Safari and type Amazon.com in the address line. Once there you can search for Jennifer’s book. You should be able to download it from there. I don’t know why some Amazon apps won’t work. If not, then I am out of suggestions. It will only be free through Monday.
This is one of my favorite Jennifer Joy books!!!( along with the rest of them…hehehe)!!! What a lovely gift she is giving to new friends who have not read this before. Such a generous girl!!!
