Sisterly Love! @ More Agreeably Engaged
Happy July 5th already. I am visiting the lovely Janet Taylor at her blog: More Agreeably Engaged with a post about family relationships in Jane Austen’s writings. Do you have sisters? Were you the bossy older sister or the indulged youngest? I was the middle girl who had to wait until I moved out to get

Traveling at Home!
Recently, a few of my friends journeyed to England. I followed their photographs religiously as they went from one Jane Austen site to another. My heart filled with the joy of discovery as I vicariously packed my bags and went with them. Thank you, Christina Boyd, Claudine Pepe, and Dung Vu for sharing your trip

For the most part, my life is an opened book. However, since the first of the year, I’ve been hiding something from JAFF readers and it has been a HUGE challenge for me to keep it to myself. Well, almost to myself. With the exception of a few close friends and family members, nobody knew.

Richard Armitage!!! (Faints/Swoons)
As you can see from my copy of Elizabeth’s Gaskell’s North & South, I am a fan of Richard Armitage. Why? He’s an excellent actor, he’s tall and handsome, and he has one of the best male reading voices I’ve ever heard. Happy 3rd Anniversary!
This is a joyous day for me. Three years! Never could I have imagined the difference publishing my first book would make for my family. I have ten books out and Jennifer has nine. Both of us have received so many blessings that it would take too much time to write and I need to

Happy News!
One Love – Two Hearts – Three Stories, the anthology I published in June 2015, is FREE until March 22nd. Why? To celebrate three years of publishing on Amazon, of course. Can you believe it? Three Years. A Father’s Sins, my first published book, will forever have a soft spot in my heart. However, I
